This is realistic Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM) with burnable fuses. There is a bit module and byte (cluster of 8 bit modules). It's not intended to be rewritable and can be programmed only once. Now it automatically updates indicators on writing.

PROM is intended to be programmed once, and then be used as ROM. Of course, you can burn remaining bits anytime, but you can't reverse them.

At first, I wanted to melt it with ELEC, but only 1 bit was possible (since more than 2 electrodes cause loop), I thought of better way to melt conductors, but FUSE is most stable and guarantees certain melt. As to why melt... It's (sort of) how real PROM works.
