When ODST's are forced to eject from their drop pod and spot a suitable LZ, they use these UNSC Standard Re-entry Packs to slow their descents.

  You are correct, this inbalance in weight would be a problem. I will update this model as soon as I can.

  the left side always emptied faster than the right which would be a problem for the odst
