the lethal directed radio frequency weapon uses high energy microwave energy to incapacitate and kill those who it is aimed at. it causes instant and severe burning at the operating frequency, and has the same effect on human tissue as food in amicrowave

I have a bunch of Tesla's patents as PDFs. Ps...someone made a Tesla death ray here...however, they used electrodes. The real patent used heated and electrified mercury that was fired from a nozzle. That might be possible in Powder Toy. :D

hyper atomic resonance causes atomic dia-magnetism. AWSOME!

and btw, the H-effect needs a large ammount of power mesh density, and i mead huge ammounts. he used 1million volt tesla coils and van der graaf generators. that kind of energy and electro-magnetic feild generates a very exotic type of energy called zero-point energy. this energy can break the binding energy of electrons in atoms, and it's extremley hard to replicate. it causes atoms to pull apart. it's quite incredible.

-well, when you say wattage (micro wattage) that's the ammount of energy absorbed by cells. it depends on what scale MwM2 is a lesser more broad unit, however MwPcm2 is a higher power mesh density. and if u use wifi there is risk, it's a carcinagen. they are lower frequency microwaves, and are dangerous, why do you think people who used cell phones often get brain cancers? that frequency can cause resonation and can change in small ways the structure of some components, creating free radicals which cause cancer.

Ditto...I have my laptop on my lap regularly and I have no risk of cancer. Oh...and you are wrong...wifi is 2 to 5 GHz. Thats very high. Depends on the Watts and frequency. Also time exposed. Ps...look up "hutchinson effect" Now that's worse than getting cancer...imagine if those pieces of metal are people. D:>

cyber- look at 3g and 4g towers, they operate on low frequencies, however people who use those frequencies on phones, laptops, and wi-fi have an increased risk in cerebrum tumors, also the eyes are in danger. i have carried out tests with phones, and been near a radio tower with an RF monitor. there are at this momment coming from phones, 11,000 Mw cm2 (micro watts per cm squared) and the limit is 8,000. and phones have near that measurment. so they can cause cancer. ever hear of tetra waves? nasty stuff. kills alot of people who live near radio towers or gives them cancer.
