this is a tecnology developed in the 1960's. it traditionaly ran liquid hydrogen over a reactor. the heat from the reactor caused the liquid hydrogen to expand rapidly and produce exorbitant amount of thrust. some reaching a thrust to wight ratio 1/3000

I believe BOYL is a very appropriate element to use as it is named after robert boyle a scientist who created boyles law which shows the relationship between pressure, volume, and tempeture of gasses, exactly the method of perpulsion this rocket relies upon.

thank you tyler i do my best to only up load saves that are something new and well made. otherwise they just cluter that makes it hard for otheres to find good saves.

its dose in fact look like they do in real life. but there very amorphis so theres not realy any way you can say "that dosnt look like one in real life" because besides basic pices (ie nozzle and reactor core) there is no simlaritys in the desine. its not so much that 50% dont like it its mostly that only 52 people have seen it at this time and none have voted. also coma splice. this is also a 2d work space so we work with what we have.

fun fact guillian (and those who are interested) all gasses can be supercolled into a liquid! and when its tempature approches absolute zero it will turn into a solid. when cold enough liquid hydrogen is a superfluid and (will appear to) defy laws of physics! (supersolids are also a theory but are unproven an very much debated) p.s mego-pie, good job on the save! i appreciate that you illistrate a theory that is hard to show on tpt.

But this should look like in real life, if its impossible in this game, then dont do it, becuase when you do it with something otehr, you confuse people a lot and 50% dont even like it

yes there is liquid hydrogen in REEL life im just useing boly instead. ok yeah it dose look ugly but it is efective. 1960's technology orginaly intended to be used as a propulsion on nuclear bombers so they could stay in the air for days on end. look it up its realy intresting and a shame they canceled the reaserch programs for it.
