  well, that would ruin the point of them. Most people don't look at the tags, but the save owner can still delete them when they come, or fill up all 10 tag slots to prevent bad tags.

  that's probably because the numbers you see aren't completly accurate, view counters on many websites like youtube are not updated every second. I think every few minutes maybe the counter is refreshed. iIt must have had 2 views then gotten front page before being refreshed. The vote counter is the same way.
