it is flat, it is finite and it has no edge

@ph-zero: One thing I never understood; is if the first step of the big bang was an infinently small infinitly dense point (with no edges sides corners and wat not), then why didn't it explode in a perfect sphere shape? There was equal force on every side so you would think it would just make a giant ball :S

and there is no such thing in the whole universe "excluding earth" is The edge of our universe.

infinite.... if there was a robot like wall-e that didnt had to use solar power. it could blast into the unknown... wow. amazing. just imagine... Wooow... 10000000 galaxies... think about it.

I am also very confident that our universe is not 29.4 light years in diameter, thats not very big .

So its a sphere but it is infinite, nothing with a shape or measurable volume can be infinite so if the big bang is true then it must have no shape.Hmm....

and it is increasing still, thus making it infinite

by scientific and mathematical reasoning... there was a big bang, which means that the univese is spreading out in a spherical pattern (so sphere) and the size of it is ~29.4 light-years in diameter, and 184.7256... light-years in area :D i hope this helps, i've pondered the same question before...
