    o wait i figured it out. Its one of those things were the lightning can launch in a place that makes it not rapidly expand and just creates a bunch of deut. It doesn't depend on a type of gravity.

    nvmind, works in gravity.. weird. when i stuck it in my bunker, it didn't do anything.
