    thebuilder: i dont think so the one on the left is a OR gate.sparking both inputs does not give a 1 on the output.

    Actualy only one is a transistor, the one on the left is a OR gate, the one on the right is a Transistor (and gate) this is because it only outputs if both inputs are powered. But anyways well done!
