    I know! So far haven't found one (even a hydrogen bomb or three) :)

    INWR/SPRK layer doesn't go out because it's absorbing TONS of heat back to its normal temperature. If you wanna beat that layer, you will require a bomb that directly superheats up the INWR/SPRK layer.
