You may now congratulate me. No, this doesn't use illegal elemnts. What happens is a number of EMP pulses DESTROY the INWR shield while fusion does the rest. Oh and it takes a while to get through so be patient ;-)

    Your fusion doesn't last long enough to take care of the INSL. Also, I think extended fusion is going to keep pressure too high, so you will not be able to get through the PSTS in that scenario.
