what was the argument about?
Thats not even how it works. first of all, salt doesnt soak up water, tf?? second, the chlorine and salt ions will dissolve in water so there is no 'salt' in our bodies, only ions. a large quantity can make the water in our body slightly acidic which means, well, death. so yes, too much salt can cause death but not like that.
... and eventually you will die.
Salt doesn't kill you, it just soaks up all the water in your body... (and your body can't use salty water.)
You will die if you eat too much salt.
So let me get this straight. A city requires an immense amount of salt because they have a death wish? MUUUUST EAT SALLLT
It`s part of the challenge
Why the hell would there be a magic pile of floating salt?
