Nu uh. If you delete a pixel of tnt off it it still does the same thing. also with 2 three and soo on. The real question is how much can you take away untill it actually IS the smallest and if it gets smaller it wouldnt be considered a bomb or have the 'bomb' effect needed to call it a bomb. This isnt really good enough for fp anyway.
