Because of the recent attacks on Heaven and Hell earth has decided to design a shield of its own. this uses mother natures best elements to block ANY bomb thats put against it.

    The rules dont say that it has to be a bomb, but you could be right

    Would rather reject it; tesla coils get infinite energy once they scatter, and is a source of a LOT of heat, so this is pretty much more like a heat generator than a bomb itself.
