    And i think he means a liqiud tint that once placed will paint elements if the liqiud touches it,And has more of a physical form then "Deco"

    Also there are diffrent types of chlorine he didn't specify which type though you could've pointed that out.

    @Iamdarkness lava and magma are 2 diffrent things,Lava is above surface,Magma is inside the earth then it becomes lava.

    just to point this out magma we have clorine is up there twice and tint is deco also a good bunch of this stuff can be simulated already with currect elements :P
