    Oh yes, filters are affected by the temperature of anything other than photons that touch the filter. Maybe you should put insulator on the top and bottom of the filter (replacing the vaccum) if you want a consistent colour?

    Well, the optimum laser temperature is between 7000 and 9999 degrees. Life (HLFE primarily) is usually used to heat up lasers in TPT. Good work, though.
