Sorry, owned, but this does not qualify as a deut "maker". This uncompresses it by heating it, and uncompressing is not making because of how easily it is reversed.

Hmmm... Misleading title. If it was a proper DEUT maker then it would combine WATR and GLOW then it would get rid of the excess WATR and GLOW whilst filtering out the DEUT then it would either leave the DEUT alone or compress it by cooling it then transporting it to a chamber. Simple.
It already heats the DEUT,then it gets uncommpresses and gets stronger.
if you need to heat the teut, put it in my melter
