Dunno if this would really be francium, but it is a powerful water-activated explosion.

Francium's an element of its own, number 87 on the Periodic Table, so no composite would have the same properties (also, it is very radioactive, with a half life of 22 minutes, so it would vaporise itself before you could do anything about it, frying you in the process).
