I compared this and id:1143864 , and no it isn't stolen. It's similar, but compressed NEUT is only an idea that anyone could come up with on their own, and you can also tell since they aren't even the same velocities. They were made separately

These kinds of bombs are discouraged, as they are compressed, and further decreases in power as there is more pixels on the screen. Also, it's just as weak as a normal DEUT bomb, and bombs that rely on BCLN and LIGH work far better than these kinds of bombs..
