This is a short-term microchip(you have to unpause time so it works). You can use it to make a electronical divice if you want to.

  @whiteknight yes it is and i thought i would help out. i removed the EMP and put in an on/off switch! just search id:1617800 hope it is useful!

  I siad it self-distructs, that's what Chinese companies do, most of thier products is ment do fall apart over time.

  it's breaking itself (don't know if thats spelt correctly), you should probably remove any and all EMP from this.
