    I usually set the temp to 260 degrees kelvin, that doesn't seem to do much damage.

    Its supposed to be a space station not a cruiser the GPMP can deflect photons and electrons but it also can destroy the breakable metal on the space station if heated too much Its too much of a hazard to use near the space station ive used GPMP before.

    The worst it can do is bend phot lasers into a weak spot on the ship, It can make the space station immune to the neutrons from deut-nukes. Also, add docking bays and solar panels. maybe some Ion engines as well.
