    There is a difference between "please don't" and just "don't" the "please don't" is asking you while the "don't" is telling/ordering you. The same goes for other figures of speech.

    Like how I can ask you not to downvote on a save with the reason of front page (meaning the save is awesome and helpful and you downvote on it anyway because you don't like it) and still not be the boss of you because I'm not forcing or ordering you to do something.

    So... Umm... I-Oh yeah! About the whole people not being the bosses of other people, that is true, but there is a right and wrong which is kinda' the boss of people, but it can't order or foce people to do thigns. Its more of an "I told you so" thing if you do something wrong and there is a consequence.
