This is a good thing for electronics nubs to examine, so they can learn more about how these things work. BTW, if you don't really understand an aspect of it, it's probably part of the reset system. Most of these parts come from my electronics save.

    I just found out that this looks pretty darn cool on heat gradient display! :D It kind of pulses.
