This is a work in progress. I think the real District 13 is far too large to fit on a TPT screen, so I've skipped some details and rooms. Not every room is strictly designated except for the bunker room and the hovercraft hangar.

    I thought District 13 got destroyed by the Capitol.

    The bunker was in a cave-like area in the book, so I made the walls rough with BRCK with TTAN underneath that occasionally shows through.
