    The reason people think it melts through armor is because of the acronym HEAT.

    @TheWarMaster1740 HEAT rounds don't melt through armor. They use explosive force to shape a cone of copper through superplasticity into a penetrator. Think a water-jet cutter, but powered by an explosion rather than a pump.

    the way how i remeber the round is the definition Kinetic means "relating to the motion of material bodies and the forces associated therewith"

    just to let you know the sabot rounds dont really "melt" it puts all the force of the object into a size of a quarter thats the HEAT round that uses the copper core to melt the armor i will have to make what the difference between a sabot and a heat round

    The kinetic energy f the round can liquify any armor you throw at it.

    Kind of seems like a weird mech. Why don't they just use a modern super-charged tank worthy big crossbow. With big metal bolts. CONDEMN! (Vayne LOL reference)
