    This new element would be better called RDX, one of the components of c4 that can take the form of a powder.

    maybe if it touches a solid it becomes c-4 but wont stick to goo, so you could make a spay paint thing if you use deco? that could give it lots of uses, and it could be more explosive then gases +1!

    take this to your personal testlab inside your brains to figure it if this is a good idea. because it's not. it's still incomplete without some uses? what is it good for? bombs? also, put this on the forums.
