The Borg Sphere is only a scout ship, so it has lightweight regenerative shielding instead of an energy shield. (The real reason is the shape! XD) The transwarp coils are large relative to the ship's size, so it is very fast. It has formidable armor.

    Nope, there are 3 other borg-unique ships: the Borg Shpere, the Borg Probe, and the Borg Diamond (Borg Queen's Ship).

    Um.... I dont think there was any borg ship really outside of the Borg Cube and other assimialted ships. I do remember a Dyson Sphere on the other hand.
