It allows photons to bounce back and forth to concentrate them. Credit goes to someone who I don't remember the name of but had the idea posted as a bonus laser on FP.

    @Daniel219: I tried it, and surprisingly, the temp of the photons were higher! Thanks for that suggestion!

    Pretty cool, but you should consider adding acel to speed of the phot.
