Very compact. The write is also a clear if it is already on. There is a manual read and an auto reading one. You can use it, just give credit.

This RAM is not good for fast computers since you need a controlled output and the manual read version in this RAM responds oddly to fast sparks. That's why i still prefer SWCH based bits.
