    @gdoom: Yes it's possible for example with rgb, I've made a 5x5 rgb screen that can display 7 diffrent colors. The chip over here is made for on/off. But If you have 3 of them, 1 for red, 1 for green and 1 for bleu you could replace the 9 pixels replace them with rgb pixels and then connect the 3 chips to it.

    @msasterisk: Off course you can, in the main save with only the chip you could have read the "free to copy but give credit" sing. So as long as you give me a credit you may use it.

    I have got 256-bit RAM with 16-bit screen. This is not very good thing, I have more interesting things

    @alfa. real RAM is made of super tiny solid state switching devices called transistors. TPT switch is solid state, it has no moving parts. this and other similar RAM's are fairly analogous to real RAM. its one of the things TPT sims well.
