The northern-most city of the NA (Northern Allience). It has a very low population due to the extreme cold. During winter it faces heavy snowfall and temperatures under -9C. The highest temperature recorded was 6C. The city is known as Salt-Lake City.

    i don't get farenheit.. why use the melting and boiling point of saline water, the concentration of which must be carefully regulated, to mark 0 and 100 degrees, when you can just use pure water? it's 3 hours spent carefully adding and removing individual grains of salt, vs 3 mins to boil the fucker.

    Using my mind, the temps would be lower than 0F and the highest would be ~45F, for those who refuse to use the metric system.

    @SlenderHunter They are sort of neutral, however they enforced treaties banning certain weapons and said they will get involved in case of the use of illegal weaponry.
