  oh, I figured it out! turning vibranium power off resets it. but the electrical light doesn't turn on regardless.

  after I select medium or high, I can't go back down to medium or low.

  bug:unable to turn the power diverting levels to vibranium off, there may be a way but the buttons New and change should turn it off.
