    ShadowPlasma is totally right. The post nuclear theme, the cold radioactive environment, and the ferris wheel all make me think Pripyat and the Chernobyl reactor tragedy. P.S. @978tails: Chernobyl was not bombed. The town itself is called Pripyat, and reactor #4 at the Chernobyl nuclear plant catostrophically melted down.
