Some gates I made while experementing with powder toys electronics. If you know how to make fast and small of the folling gates please let me know. (AND, XOR or just a full adder. Its for a ALU for a small CPU im working on.

I have the smallest AND gate here id:1499464. very fast, very responsive. also some nice flipflops. you may use them if you would like. also search user:G-LinuxorU. he has a very nice ARAY based AND gate.

@diamondsword229 What i mean was simple. as in maybe even 4 bit. Really just an exercise or challenge for me to get the hang of electronics. @masterisk Thank you for that. What i really struggle with is making the gates themselves.

And in the description you said you were making a small cpu...uhhh...cpus are complicated, and to even fit it all in the screen your probably gonna have to resort to ARAY.

You make an adder with some xors and some ands. Look up Adder (Electronics) in wikipedia for the schematic.

To make subtraction, you reverse the left input of all the full adders.

Oh and btw full adders dont get very small unless you use aray. +fav!
