    if this was a pictogram displaying the energy released, you'd be right. BUT. im asuming this is supposed to represent the size of the actual blast, in which case. no. Tsar Bomba didn't actually produce a blast that large. nothing really can, it just hits the atmosphere and blows a little bit into space. think of it as a bulge on the size of a bubble.
