i started working on the problem during a maths exam i finished more than 25 minutes early. XD it was a 30 minute test. but i digress.. i think i can do it, but getting it to the same calculated precision as this will be tricky.
-
I see.
-
yeeeaaahhh but it gets tricky in the middle and around the edges.. the inner edge of the event horison and the "blind spots" that appear when you mathematically calculate the warping (which i do).. it ends up looking like a big curvy cross with a circle in the middle and the image bent around it.

Actually you could do gravitational lensing. just distort the outside and make it look all squeezed together.
-
haha you mean Gravitational lensing? lol that's WAAAAYYYY more complicated than this.. i could never draw it.

makes me think of some kind of space ship exiting a large portal... i need to cut back on the sci-fi... and coffee

@hdp perspective is the illusion of 3 dimentions in a 2d drawing created by warping and extruding shapes. (tl;dr a picture that looks 3D) @the_new_powder99999 :3 thank you! it's so cool to know other people on TPT know. but really i should thank my CAD teacher Hillary XD taught me more about art than my art teacher ever did DX
