The colonists who first came here were rumoured to have been Kazhar deserters, who joined the TU after the war ended, since they weren't allowed back to the UKN, nor in the cities of the TU, since they were considered a possible threat, they built a small outpost outside Mantreioum, Luvinincus' capital.
