I think the NITR isn't acutally part of the mine, the fireworks exploding are. Bouncing Betties work by firing a projectile to waist level then detonating flinging shrapnel everywhere, like the FIRW. -

Not a bouncing betty, has a "thanks for FP" Thing, which i'm pretty sure isn't allowed, and is highly reliant on whatever that stuff is, needs more work. -
