Make the dynamic pressure at the wingtip lower. Dynamic pressure snaps wings and destroys planes. Any higher than 5 and the drag negates the engines thrust and stalls the plane, or it rips the wings off.
Terribly inneficient airfoil, but what do you expect in a game made from pixels? This is a great explanation of how it works. However, I may mention that most of the lift a wing creates is created by the lower surface, because the flow of air separates from the top surface of the wing.
