Improved version of AMP2010's tsunami. Same controls as original. Uses DEUT instead of water to achieve flooding effect.

    It's just my Deuterium Capsule save with a few modifications. If you want to do it yourself, you basically cool down as much DEUT as you can to absolute zero, then heat it to maximum temp.

    Neat Work. Has some set backs but a clever Idea with the Deut. :)
