if you created a turbine loop the sponges would never fully dry out.

I don't think it's problematic as you eventually run out of water. Extra energy has to be supplied in the form of additional fuel, i.e. water.

this is because all conductors in tpt are super conductors. infinite loops will cause infinite energy. this owuld work in real life with a superconductorl.
