When you draw TESC, the brush size affects the size of the lighting created. A little known fact is that, when the brush size is 1 pixel, the lightning is not hot, but is instead under -250C, enabling its use in powerful coolers.

the ironic thing is that the lightning still burns insl.

The cooling effect works with tmp value ranging from 5 to 12, but it becomes more inefficient the higher the tmp gets.

Tmp of 1 produces no lightning, allowing TESC to be safely used as an indestructible conductor.

It's actually the tmp value that sets the length and temperature of the bolt. On placing TESC, tmp sets to a default value determined, as you say, by brush size. But you can change it afterward to create either a massive ball of TESC that just twinkles a bit, or a tiny little dot that destroys everything in its path.

Like I said in the save, I can't really try to claim a chemical reaction, so the cooling effect is free to use. For everything else though, you'll have to give credit.
