So everybody has been getting FP with these tiny Laser cannons that require little effort to make. So I'm showing a full tutorial on how to make one from scratch.

I always like to see tutorials on here. However, sorry to be pedantic but, in the spirit of education and sharing of knowledge, this is not a laser. A laser is, by definition, a beam of coherent light of a single wavelength. This would fall into the broader category of 'particle beam' or, if you prefer, 'blaster', 'energy cannon' or 'BFG'.
