A few months ago, xteric challenged me to make a ROM smaller than their's (id:1776390), that handles the same amount of data (16 * 8 bits). My design is not smaller per se, but has a lesser particle count than theirs. It was fun and I learned a lot!

    Yup, it could be much smaller, but I'm tired, and it was just an experiment. I'm publishing it anyway, and I'll check for bugs later.
