    PART 1: He means on front page, "art saves that generally rely on the deco layer will be removed from front page". It's not banned, however image plotting done with an image to TPT converter is banned. people are stupid trying to do what seems right by discouraging art saves with out clearly knowing the rules.

    PART 2: That's why I didn't want it on front page, the drama isn't worth it. Really, in summary people should have more respect for how much work is put in saves and less of trying to moderate TPT themselves... we have moderators for a reason. They should try to encourage effort and originality as those is what make TPT interesting.
