First Ship of the acardian protectorate. Has four axial mass drivers, 12 laser units, two drones, and two comms untis. to use comms, put phot on solar panels at back. reactor takes a while to start up. it has to hea quite a bit of material Now with mini!

Nice ship , but most times when you shoot main driver , it is bounces at target and dont touching it lol . Also most shots of driver are destroying ship too XD +1

But you could probably do it either way, it doesn't matter too much.

Lower temperatures defend the ship better, try to stay away from temperatures that are too low, even if your ship is meant to be almost invincible. A less sophisticated one would probably have gaps instead, with the emitters near systems that could be affected by them so that they still need to be disabled.

If you wanted to depict a less sophisticated forcefield, I'd say use fewer GPMPs, spread out more but with a lower temp (hence stronger repulsion) and an on/off control. This way they can interfere with stuff (weapons, drive etc) while active, so need to be turned off in order to do stuff. This nicely represents the idea that the field (a) uses up too much power to run other systems, and (b) isn't very well-controlled.

I have some ideas for further ships, the carrier/shield craft will have a forcefielded bow.
