Using a parabolic mirror to focus Protons into a paralelle beam i am significantly increasing effectiveness at meduim to long ranges.

    A eppliptical mirror only has one range it works best at compared to the parabola

    Don't you want to use an elliptical mirror? A parabolic mirror will focus them into parallel lines, but an elliptical one (if carefully placed) would concentrate it onto one point, for extreme destruction at that point. That might not be the purpose, though.

    @Daeox i could simply put a bigger bomb in it and the diffrence is i use a parabolic mirror

    This works for any kind of bombs, as long as it can survive it.

    Quite a difference! Must try; I also like to play around with focusing and shaped charges
