While AP, APCR, APDS, Armor Peircing, Armor Peircing Composite Ridged, Armor Peircing Discarding Sabot, All are solid rounds with no AP filler, Relying on inersia to take out crew, components or ammunition, APDS being a Metal Dart, AP being solid round, and APCR being a pointed version of AP with more penatration power

HEAT or High Explosive Anti Tank hits the armor and the impact causes the HE filler to explode and force a jet of hot broken metal into the tank
