    Marvelous, Great nuclear reactor. The Water reacts with the glow to form a thin film of deuterium between the water and glow, A neutron causes a nuclear reaction releasing heat and more neutrons. The thin film structure catalysed from Glow makes this a stable break even critical reactor. I would love to see more nuclear reactor designs based off this.
