    Press ctrl+c to copy those then press ctrl+v to paste them onto the ship. You should have no problem pasting the drones onto 1st and 3rd room as it is aligned. But you need to click left twice to move your stamp while pasting to get into the 2nd room.

    Both saves use wifi and the channel overlapped, so the carrier is experiencing signal disruption. I just changed the wifi channel to a less common one so it should not have similar problem as often. And remember to turn on Newton Gravity(The N on top right corner) in other saves.
