    @dragoninferno99: 1. Two nukes were really bad. They killed ~ 200k of civs and probably no soldiers. 2. This nukes had only psyhollogycal effect. Japan was really close to surrender. Nukes made work quicker. Even without nukes the war should end in 1945.

    @sentinal5 You say that the Americans are notoriously bad at their jobs. Then why did they end the war using those 2 nukes and saved a LOT more lives. WWII could still be going on right now if it weren't for those nukes.

    I seriously doubt the american troops thought the german soldiers were stupid. They may well have called them stupid, but if they truly thought the german infantry was stupid, the americans would have all died. Really it was the americans who were stupid. Yes, the nazi high command was stupid (aheminvadingrussiaahem) but the low level german army were as competent as any army. The americans however were notoriously bad at their jobs.
